Dear Residents,

Please note that the Façade Cleaning will start on Monday, 13^th April 2026 till Thursday, 23^rd April 2026. The hours of work will be from 06:00 am to 04:00 pm on each scheduled day subject to weather conditions. The Service Provider will make every effort to expedite this Façade Cleaning work and to minimize the length of the anticipated date & and timings.

Residents are kindly advised to be prepared for this situation and take adequate measures during the entire course of the scheduled work as given above.

1. Secure your privacy by closing the windows/doors and keeping them locked.

2. Secure your privacy by closing blinds and curtains.

3. Residents are requested not to park vehicles around the building as dirt could fall on the vehicle.

4. Residents are requested to remove all items placed on the balconies and keep the balcony area empty.

The Owner’s Association / Tower Management / Service Provider will not be responsible for any damage to vehicles around the building or items found left on the balcony. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. We always assure you of our best service.
